General. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms and is fully equipped with all the bedding, towels, crockery and utensils that you'll need for your stay. It is protected by an alarm system, a safe to store your valuables, large 65" HD smart TV (which means you can watch your own apps - Netflix etc if you want to). The pool area is completely covered in a mesh screen to keep out any unwanted bugs whilst you swim, sunbathe or simply sit in the shade. The villa is a relaxing base for your perfect holiday in the Sunshine State.
We've summarised the facilities with a few photos - please click on each photo for a larger version. |

Pool. This is what all holidaymakers want. What better way to relax (after a hard day in the parks!) than a nice, refreshing dip. The whole area is screened to keep out bugs and there is a safety fence to help prevent children from using it without supervision. |
There are 3 doors to the pool - 1 from the Living Room and from each of the 2 Master Bedrooms; all doors give a subtle, audible alarm when opened, so you're alerted when anybody comes in/goes out.
There's also a hot-tub/spa which will seat 4 comfortably (and 6 if they know each other really well). |
For those times when you don't want to actually be in the water there's a huge, extended area around the pool for you to relax on the comfortable furniture and top up your tan. |
If you want to sit outside but don't want to sit in the sun, why not relax in the shaded patio area (lanai) with a nice, cool drink and read your favourite book? |
On top of this, the pool has lights, so you can also use it at night. |
Although the area is warm throughout the year, it is strongly advised that you take advantage of the pool heating, especially during the months October to March. Please note that, although the jacuzzi jet-function works all the time, it won't actually heat up unless you have opted to have pool heating. |

Living Room. This is the hub of the villa and has a large patio door giving access to, and constant supervision of, the pool. |

The suite can seat 6 in comfort, where you can chill before going for a dip. To help you relax, there's a 65" HD smart TV and a DVD player. We've left some family DVDs. There are also smart TVs in all the bedrooms (the smart TVs allow you to watch your own apps - Netflix etc if you want to) |

There's also a rocking chair for you to sit and relax in. This bedroom also offers direct access to the pool. |

Kitchen/Dining Area. This open-plan area is separated from the Living Room by a breakfast bar/counter. It has all the appliances you would expect for a vacation (large side-by-side refrigerator/ freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, waste-disposal) and the cupboards are stocked with all the crockery/utensils you will require during your stay. |
The dining area has a table and six chairs (although whether you'll actually use it is up for discussion, with all the restaurant options in the vicinity - don't forget, mum's on holiday too!). |
3rd Bathroom. This bathroom is for use of the occupants of the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. It has a sink, WC, bath/shower and hairdryer. |

Den. This has a sleeper-sofa and a separate unit with a smart TV to allow you to play games on the PlayStation 2 console. We've also left some family-oriented DVDs and paperback books. |
Garage/Games Room. As nobody uses the garage to park their cars, we've had it fully carpeted and the ladies can sit at the bar and watch the menfolk play pool or on the table football! (Why did I put that, I can already sense the hate-mail) |
Utility Room. Located between the Dining Area and the Games Room, this is where the washing machine and tumble dryer are housed. |
