Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is an exclusive, gated community of vacation rental homes with limited access (keypad controlled). It has a Fishing Pier, Boat Ramp and will shortly have its own Recreation Centre.

TLC Florida Villa pool POOL AREA

The villa boasts its own heated pool, complete with hot tub / spa, and there's plenty of space on the huge, extended decking for soaking up the Florida sunshine.

The whole patio area is covered with a screen to keep bugs out and there's a covered area for those times when you want to get out of the sun without having to go back indoors.

Child-friendly, it has a removable safety fence and an audible alarm that sounds when either of the doors to the pool are opened.
